調理方法
◎建議一杯十八穀搭配一杯白米烹煮(可依個人喜愛加減白米的比例)
◎煮出天然美味十八穀飯的七大步驟
(1)清洗:輕柔、快速的將十八穀重複洗2~3次即可。
(2)水量:電子鍋:建議一杯十八穀加入1.5杯的水量。
    電鍋:建議每一杯十八穀加入1.5杯的水量,外鍋為1.5~2刻度量米杯的水量。

(3)浸泡:十八穀『無需浸泡』省時方便。
(4)增色:可在烹煮前,加入幾滴油,讓十八穀晶瑩剔透,粒粒分明。
(5)燜煮:剛煮好時不要急著掀蓋,燜個20~30分鐘,讓米粒充分吸水熟透。

    1. Cleaning: Gently and quickly rinse Eighteen Grains 2-3 times.
    2. Water amount:
      • Electric cooker: Recommend adding 1.5 cups of water for every cup of Eighteen Grains.
      • Stovetop cooker: Suggest adding 1.5 cups of water for every cup of Eighteen Grains, with an additional 1.5-2 levels of the rice cooker's measuring cup for the outer pot.
      • Adjust water amount according to your cooking appliance and desired texture.
    3. Soaking: Eighteen Grains require "no soaking" for a time-saving and convenient cooking process.
    4. Adding color: Before cooking, add a few drops of oil to make Eighteen Grains translucent and distinct.
