Shipping policy

在訂購之前,請仔細閱讀運送政策,一旦完成您的訂單,即表示您同意我們的運輸政策。

❖ 運費規則:

    澳洲地區:
  • 澳洲地區:全站購物除特定產品,不限配送方式、付款方式,AUD66 即可免運費。未滿AUD 66,運費依材積、重量而變動。
  • 負擔部分運費: 特殊產品,如大型物件、單件商品超過10kg等產品、特別標註者則須消費者負擔部分運費。


❖ 運送方式/出貨時間:
  • 現貨下單後約1-3個工作天安排出貨(不含例假日),出貨後約7-14天到抵達,如有更改訂單將視商品狀況出貨,有延遲敬請見諒。
  • 預購皆會告知需等待的時間,一般追加期約7~14天(不包含例假日)內出貨,有時因產線問題可能會有再延遲的狀況會另外告知,無法等待請勿購買,以避免不必要的誤會。
  • 週一至週五12:00前下單,將於當日下午出貨,否則隔日出貨。
  • 颱風假不出貨。
  • 特殊急件寄送需求請先使用Email,Facebook,Instagram 私訊小編,或是致電 (07) 3162 5181。

  • 如無法接受您的訂單,將於收到您的訂單後二個工作日內通知您。
  • 若非因生產而存在損壞、缺件,因個人因素退貨須自付運費。
  • 記得在貨品交付時,先檢查包裹外包裝的狀態。若有任何異常或疑問,可拒絕驗收或帶保留條件暫時接受。

❖ 運送追蹤:
我們在你的訂單發貨後,會盡快發送給你運送確認電郵,其中記載著運送公司的細節以及包裹的追蹤號碼。你隨時可進入https://www.tfonlinestore.com.au/「我的帳戶」頁面中,追蹤你訂單的運送狀態。



Our shop will be operating as usual, however, fulfillment & delivery by local couriers may take longer than usual due to COVID-19 restrictions. Hence, your shipping time displayed in the tracking page will be longer than usual. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

TRACKING MY ORDER

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation, please allow up to 24 - 48 hours for receipt of tracking information (this only applies to ready-stock orders). You may track your item by clicking the tracking number provided in the email or through our Tracking Page. Note that there will be no updates if your parcel is in transit. All orders will be shipped out from our warehouse in Brisbane.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer free standard shipping when you spend A$66 and above for most products online except some special products (which will be marked) for Australia only. 

We take up to 24 hours to process all orders. However, all cancellations should be made within 12 hours upon placing your order as stated in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Orders have an estimated delivery timeframe within 3-6 business days for Express Shipping and 5-10 business days for Standard Shipping, upon dispatch, to all countries that we deliver to. All express orders will be shipped with Express. All Standard Shipping will be shipping with Direct Line shipping (passed to local postal provider upon arrival at destination country).

In the event the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

CUSTOMS / DUTIES

While we take active steps and measures to ensure that your parcel is free from customs and duties upon dispatch and have covered all available customs and duties from origin of dispatch.

We do advise getting in touch with your local customs bureau to inquire on current charges so as to not receive an unexpected surprise when the parcel arrives!

PARCEL RETURNED TO SENDER (RTS)

In cases where parcels do get sent back to us due to the wrong delivery address or you weren't able to receive the parcel, there will be a reshipping fee of A$5.00. If you choose to opt for a refund instead, there will be a restocking fee of A$5.00.
