【官方聲明】關於近日香港「新東陽新竹米粉」相關報導之澳洲市場說明
親愛的消費者與合作夥伴您好：
針對近日社群轉載關於香港食安中心針對特定批次「新東陽新竹米粉」之檢驗報導，作為澳洲授權代理商，我們第一時間向台灣原廠「新東陽 HSIN TUNG YANG」查證並索取最新檢驗說明，特此向澳洲消費者說明：
1. 澳洲市場批次全數檢驗合格： 新東陽原廠接獲消息後，已立即將同品項商品及原物料送交公正第三方檢驗單位（SGS）進行檢驗，結果均為**「未檢出」甲醛**，品質安全無虞。
2. 澳洲規格與受影響批次完全不同：
- 報導中提及之香港抽驗批次（有效日期：2029.04.10，香港分銷商 B&S Company），並未引進澳洲。
- 澳洲市場所販售之「新東陽新竹米粉 300g」，主要生產批次有效日期為 Exp: 2028/12/20 及 Exp: 2029/07/01，均通過嚴格檢驗，符合澳洲及國際食品安全標準。

Official Statement: Quality Assurance & Food Safety Notice – Hsin Tung Yang Extra Choice Hsin Tsu Rice Noodles

Dear Customers and Valued Partners,
In light of recent media reports and social media discussions concerning a specific batch of rice noodles tested in Hong Kong, T F International Pty Ltd, as the authorized distributor of Hsin Tung Yang in Australia, would like to provide full clarification:

Australian Batches Fully Verified & Safe:
The manufacturer, Hsin Tung Yang Taiwan, immediately submitted the product and raw materials to an accredited third-party testing authority (SGS). The test results confirmed "Non-Detected" for formaldehyde, meeting all food safety standards.
- Complete Separation from the Affected Hong Kong Batch:
- The batch sampled in Hong Kong (Best Before: 10/04/2029, distributed by B&S Company) was never imported into Australia.
- All "Hsin Tung Yang Extra Choice Hsin Tsu Rice Noodles 300g" supplied to the Australian market belong to distinct production batches (Best Before: 20/12/2028 and 01/07/2029), all of which comply with Australian food safety regulations.
Food safety and consumer trust are our utmost priorities. All Hsin Tung Yang rice noodles available across Australia are completely safe to consume.
